My aim is to make exercise accessible to everyone, no matter what age, level or stage in life they’re at. So you can feel f*cking powerful inside and outside of the gym.

Specialised in:

– main lifts (deadlifts, squats, etc)
– mobility & stretching

Favourite exercise:
pull-ups and everything back

Foods I can’t live without:
steak, cheese and chocolate
